Problems in Europe getting PCB's made.

I always choose their cheapest option, it takes a few days longer but (for me) the cost is more on par with the cost of the PCB's. If you order components (right after you placed the PCB order) from their sister company LCSC the shipping for both is free, at least to Australia. Read the fine print as to how they ship to Europa.
