I know what I'm economising on - electricity. :)
Under normal running conditions this PC is probably drawing quite a bit less than the graphics card on many systems, even when they are running lightly loaded. According to Intel this CPU draws typically 4W or 6W with both cores running under high load. No power is wasted running a cooling fan, so all thermal energy is returned to help heat the room. :)
It's not going to manage much in the way of video editing with only 4GB of RAM though. lol
