I have travelled half-way around the world for the sake of a client who tried "everything" and was adamant that I needed to be there to "fix a bug". This is the problem when there is random 3rd-party hardware involved. Only been taking a casual interest as I only have bare-bones PicoMites but my money is on an electrical issue. Elsewhere, Allie can't open a com port but we know that they are rock-solid.
