Hi Wiseguy, I guess the other thing to do is to take some manual control of the system.
Turn the Grid off for the majority of the time, when the batteries are full then turn the grid on for a while to export but turn it off again at night and see how things go.
The grid charging you for non existent power usage is bad , they already get enough with their daily connection charges.
