I googled rpi config.txt read only and no one has made it writable it seems, very odd. same with getting admin to change the file attributes.
thing is I had this running at 2200MHz by adding
over_voltage=8
arm_freq=2200
force_turbo=1
so I must have edited config.txt at some time.??
