don't waste your time with Hyperterminal go with TeraTerm
look at the post started by James "Script to connect, then set date and time"
Just been playing with some of the inbuilt macros like screencapture . TeraTerm is so powerful and customisable

I'm a purist. I want to program an MM with a keyboard and not with another computer. However I'm not a masochist. I need and editor.

I tend to agree, its so frustrating to find you mistyped a line and have to re enter it again.
Even if its just "edit linenumber"
so that it pulls up the line and lets you delete and add characters to the line would make me much happier. |
