Hereby I want to draw your attention to my note: "Output of solar panels pointing to the south depending on the slope and the month". In figure 1 of this note, you see in one view how large the output is for every month and for six different slopes from 15° up to 90° if the peak power is 10 kW and if you live in The Netherlands. If you want a high output in the winter, you need a large slope. The note can be copied from my website: www.kdwindturbines.nl at the menu KD-reports. There are more notes about solar panels but these notes are in Dutch.
