Is anyone else seeing this?

You can load YT fine, and browse the index of videos fine, but if you try to play any video that I have tried, I just get a playback error. When I click on "Learn more", I just get a small window with a rotating arrow and no extra information ever shows up.

Anyone else seeing that, or is is just me?
I have tried a full reboot just in case.

Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops!
