Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

hi folks. new here and love some of the threads. Been reading bits here and there. i am an electrician who has many projects on the go and felt it time to buy a tig/plasma so bought a rossi 200P but without leads. have bought a plasma and tig torch but need to change the start switch plugs. anyone know the pinouts? hard to get info from sellers cause " i didn't buy from them"....

ok, pulled the cover off to replace switch socket with a new, more readily available type. Not hard to replace plugs on torch leads. Both are 7 pin. found 5 pins used. 2 obvious different circuits. one has 2 wires going to a small board with board connected to front panel. other circuit is 3 wires going to front control panel direct. suspect the 2 wires are on switch for tig/plasma guns and 3 wire is for foot switch tig control.
