Just for fun. And it's a present for a relative for Christmas.

Useless Machine. Its sole function is to switch itself off!










Pre-made craftwood box from Bunnings, about $9. Motor and gearbox, DPDT switch, microswitch, battery holder from Jaycar. Rest made from scraps at home, and the CNC router came in handy.

About 4 hours all up, lots of prototyping along the way, but lots of fun.

Like it .
Perhaps if you mold your finger (crooked) from resin, paint it skin colour and replace
that white arm with that it might freak out the recipient.
