Just wondering if the Bookmark option of the forum works.

Have tried to Bookmark a few threads, but not sure if anything happens & if it does, where I find the Bookmarks I've created.

Bookmarks are like favorites. Its a browser thing, adds this site to your browsers favorites. Havn't tested it in a while, there were some compatibility issues between the browsers a few years back when I last looked at the code.
