has anyone had much to do with tin can 450Ah saft brand nicad batteries or any big nicads? had a search on the net and cant find out much about the pro's and con's of using nicads other then little AAA cells and all i found was on saft's site which was helpfull but didnt really answer what i wanted to know.

EVERYTHING!i want to know as much about them as anyone is willing to share with me then i can make an informed decission as right now all i know is you can suck them down way more then lead acids without damage and that for every Ah out you need 1.5 back and that when they get down on power you can change the fluids to bring them back up to scratch but im like a datsun dealer "im all ears"
