I bought a smart TV Kogan Series 9, RH9000 (KALED32RH9000SUA).

But we can't work out how to access Catch up & iview.

The user manual that came with it is brief & vague.

So I downloaded the user manual from their web site & it is not much better.

Does anyone know how to do it? Any assistance will be appreciated.

I bought a smart TV from Aldi a few months ago with the same problem. Can't recall the model number but it turned out the device software was simply not capable of getting Iview. It was somewhere in the small print and there was no alternative solution but they accepted a return with full refund.

Thanks for the response Rudge. We can do it on our other Kogan TV which is an earlier model, but not on the new one we purchased.
