No! Mono only.

You also have to keep in mind that the DuinoMite requires the "DuinoMite-IO Adapter".

...or you buy a Duinomite-Mega with (mono) VGA (...but I think I just bought the last one!    )

Only if you want to use it as a stand-alone device, not required for MMEDIT etc.

But this is built quite easily:
