The commercial case shown in the photographs is the Hammond RM2015S, which is available from all of the larger component distributors as well as from some of the smaller ones. I've even found them on ebay. I suppose you could 3D print one if you have a printer with a big enough bed, but I've no idea if it would be worth doing so. The commercial case will accept front and back panels made from PCB if you prefer to get some made in that way. I like to use 1.6mm thickness but take the copper off the edges all the way round. That makes them a perfect fit. Of course, you need suitable software to draw the panels if doing them in this way. .
