I've got some nice PCB end-plates but, with apologies, I can't remember who sent me them - Geoff, Grogster (maybe on Silicon Chip)? but there are designs out there. What I have got is the original dxf files for the end-plates which can be used to laser-cut, 3d print, or create PCB designs.

Hi Peter, could you please upload the DXF file? Perhaps someone could use it to create suitable PCB designs!
Many thanks in advance.

Could someone please provide me with the Gerber file for the end plates to fit the new Pico Computer 3? I’d like to order them as black PCBs with white silk screen printing!

I produce end-plates for the various Peter designs, but Silicon Chip also do their ones with their logo on it etc.

End plate gerbers ARE on my agenda, but I haven't done them yet as too much other work on the go, and also, I never got around to asking Peter for his DXF files.

Peter - if you see this post, can you either attach the DXF files here, or zap them to me in a PM or via my email, then I could make a start on doing some.

I also need to order some PM3 boards, but again - too much other stuff on the go right now!

Amnesie has even created some:

https://www.thebackshed.com/forum/ViewTopic.php?TID=17301&PID=236160#236160

BUT I think the cut-out for the pin header is too short. There are more pins on the
new board, aren’t there?

@Amnesie: Can you update them for the new PC3 layout?

The dxf I reference above are correct. They support the reference design (the one with the on-pcb rp2350B) and the pico computer 3. The earlier board which used the 40-pin Pico2 was slightly different - enough for the end-plates to be useless on the later designs
