Making progress. I'm using power mosfets to switch the solar panels into circuit as they are needed. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

Well its finished. I mounted the whole thing into a small aluminium lined tool box, it gives easy access to the internals and was dirt cheap compared to other project cases. The LCD screen, power switch, plower LED and circuit breaker are mounted on the front. Eventually I'll mount a numeric keypad there to, but for now I use a conventional keyboard. Sorry about the quality of these photo's, taken with phone. Later this week I take some good pictures and write it all up as article for the main web site. I'm pretty happy with the way the software is running now. It's compatible with 2.7, so will work on all maximite devices. I need to do a renumber and add some comments. Hi Glenn, Looks great - and looks like you decided not to go with your "duck's nuts" HTFS200P current sensor (from the "Electronics" forum). Greg |
