Sorry about that, Pete. Apparently it didn't bother me much that the TOC was only one level. I fixed that in my local copy and the TOC will be two levels in the next release.

That wasn't a complaint, only a suggestion. I don't think it needs a two level TOC, but the inclusion of "VGA, keyboard, video monitor, or schematic" in the index at the back would have sure been helpful.
