This has been around for a while now:

LINK...

But I am trying to find out what controller is being used for the LCD module they have mounted on the top of this thing.

They mention: "0.96inch 160×80 pixels 65K colorful IPS LCD display" - OK, fine, but.....how about telling us what controller is being used on this embedded display.

Does anyone know?
Does MMBASIC support it?

Thanks for any replies.

Hmmmmmm.......
Could be.

Can anyone confirm this?

EDIT: Would simply try it, but I don't have any of these modules - yet - so I want to confirm compatibility BEFORE I buy some......only to find out the controller is NOT supported in MMBASIC.

No worries!
I deleted your double-up posts.

So, can you CONFIRM that the controller on these WS modules, is the ST3375S?

So....the controller chip is an ST7735S, yes?
And it is supported?

That is what I want to know, before I buy any of the WS modules....

"Hello Grogster"

Nice one, my son.
Did not spot that on the first time through the thread.

I will order a couple on my next WS order then.
