Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I've just posted an update on the Australian Computer Museum Society's Facebook page about archiving my dontronics.com website for posterity.
I'm hoping it will spark some nostalgic memories for fellow "The Back Shed" members also.
==============

A while back, Riley Perry, Curator of the ACMS (Australian Computer Museum Society), reached out to me about web crawling my site, dontronics.com, to preserve it for future generations. I happily agreed, but upon reviewing the content, I realised some restructuring was needed due to outdated links and story formatting.

After a recent health update (a heart operation), I invested some time into revamping the project. I'm pleased to say it's now complete and available as a single 600 MB zipped file. The site's built using straightforward HTML and images, ensuring fast load times and broad compatibility. You can easily replicate the content on any server or hard drive by extracting the files from the zip archive.

The archive includes a mix of content, including my recent three-year project colourising Darwin's (NT) historical photos. (now 950+)
