Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hello,

I tried on an older Maximite (TFT-Maximite) to transfer files with MMCC without success. Does the MMCC only work with the newer version MMBasic?
I know there are differences between 4.5 and 5.x MMBasic.
Any help appreciated. TIA

It should work but it is a while since I have tested an early maximite.
I will test it later today.

Jim

Edit:
I can send a program from the editor to the maximite and it transfers and runs as it should.
With the file manager,
I can transfer files from the PC to the maximite correctly.
There is a problem transferring from the maximite to the PC.
I will investigate further later.

There was an error in the device configuration file.
In your data folder, there is a file devicetypes.txt
replace it with the one in the attached ZIP

devicetypes.zip

You can find the data folder with Help/About
