Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I tried to compile on a linux laptop but get errors that are over my head. Maybe Peter will look at it and work some magic.

Is Claude not able to tell you how to compile it, or what the errors mean?

Quote  Is Claude not able to tell you how to compile it,
As compilation is a software process that Claude should know about, see if Claude can create the compiled binary as a .uf2 file.

Yeah , I thought of that too. It will NOT compile code for me , says it has no access to the compiler software. It keeps giving me the same instructions on how to compile. Sadly it never changes , same instructions.

Well there is another AI project.

Using the Pico datasheet perhaps Claude can write a compiler just for the Pico.
Should be simpler than an "all-singing-all-dancing" compiler.

If you give it the/an error message and ask it what it means and how to fix it, does it not address that specific issue?
