Can anybody tell me, what type of the plastic enclosure is used for the MM ?
I mean the white/grey box.

I was a little confused on this until Sparkey set me straight two days ago.

For the original board, it is an Altronics HO376 case. Snap together 130 x 75 x 28mm.

But it appears that it may not be listed in the latest catalogue, so I don't know if it can be purchased separately, or still available.

Altronics cat 2011-12 page 233 bottom left corner. Also on the website. Is part number H0376 not HO376, that is zero not O.

yes it is still a current stocked item
technicians do it with least resistance
