Hi All,

I just found this site looking for information on Jaycar 200watt mill.

I have a question that I feel is a litle silly but will ask anyway.
Could anyone advise me on how to remove the plastic cover over the alternator from the jaycar mill its the older 200watt 24 volts version, or did the chinaman climb inside to assemble.

Thanks

Hi hydroplasma,

you need to remove the yaw bearing first, unscrew, if I remember correctly. This allows the alternator to be slid out from the plastic casing.
