Is there an advantage when wiring in delta or star config. ? Or would it be the same since the sum is 0 in both cases? Thanks guys for all the information on this site it is by far the best forum on this subject

Daivid,

This is a "how long is this piece of string" type question.
Both systems have their advantages , but are really stator to system specific.

We would need a lot more info on the system you envisage before we can determine wiring types I'm afraid.
