Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I have a batt. That is four months old with a dead cell (lead acid) if I
empty the whole thing and add new acid and a trickle charge does
anyone know if I can bring it back to life?

Can you take it back under warrenty? A dead cell on a 4 month old battery would mean some sort of mechanical damage, hard to fix.

I do have a article on repairing worn out batteries, been meaning to post it on the site. But its only good if the battery is just worn out, not actually faulty like your's.

hey glenn please please post the info. I have 10 6volt trogens in need of some loving care. they were left in a golf cart by a mam who did not care. I was hoping to find someone who could give advice on maybe bring them back. they deserve the effort.
