I did more poweroutput tests in the last days:
Different rotors on a F&P80SP 12V delta, twisted poles:
I have connected all three phases of the F&P 60DC 1S12P and the test results were disapointing compared to the previous single phase test.
Measuring only one phase and tripling the data is not correct. I think the magnetic saturation plays a negative role in the higher rpms.
I am playing with the idea replacing the 36 mags with 18 neos and a bigger space between, would be interesting to see the test data?

Rewire it as a star and rerun the tests, might be surprised. Delta connection really isn't a good idea with these alternators due to the harmonic currents.
