Does anyone on the 4m have a "Quietrevolution" VAWT?

If so, I'm curious as to whether it operates using horizontal flow or updrafts
through the blades. I'd also like to know if it's self-starting or if it has to be
spun up to speed with the help of a motor.

I tried building a small model and it just sits there in the wind and does
nothing!
Nothing difficult is ever easy!
