Description:
24VDC permanent magnet motors. Motors hardly used and is in good working condition.

The motors are 240 Watt which is 10A at a output speed of around 62rpm.

Would these be any good as wind genrators?

NO, they have a worm drive.

Worm drives are used to get low RPM and high torque from a small motor. If you try to turn the output shaft they lock up, its just their design. Most wind screen wiper motors use the same sort of drive.

That should be a No, not a NO, didn't mean to shout.
