All I have is this exploded view, but it doesn't show part numbers unfortunetly. You could take this to a supplier and say you want part 8 shown. ![]() You said you have the new cogless rotor AND hub. Can you confirm that the rotor has 16 magnet tiles, and the stator has 36 poles. If so, then dont wire this as 7 phase, it wont work. The 7 phase conversion will only work for a new hub ( 16 magnet tiles ) and old stator ( 42 poles ). If it is a 16 magnet hub and 36 pole stator, rewire as 3 phase. If you need any help with that please let me know. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

Thanks Glen,my mistake saying 7p3p,what I did was divide into 6 groups and rewired 6p3p? Ken As good as you are and as bad as I am,I'm as good as you are as bad as I am! |

Hi there Ken Check out this site, Sears in states. the model # is, 11027082600. I'm afraid the new set up they have doesn't have a drive shaft, it seems the motor connects directly to the agitator, shipping from NZ???? call the loan officer now ![]() Hugh thnxs allways |

Hello Christian. The partNo's and cost are back in my post's a couple of months--think under New stator or F&P part No's-have a look ,pls. From my observations and under actual windmill operation, I'm going to stick my head out and say the new Staor and Rotor are fairly dismal-from what I've been getting -only a few watts to maybe 150 in a strong wind, with direct drive and powered by 11 blade @ 45 feet. I think you are around my area, you are welcome to come on up to Mt.Tamborine and look at the system and the way I've re-connected 5 of the stators- ( I'm going to go back to my 1:1.3 geared belted drive and the original stators confirured into 7 phase with the new magnetic rotor ,see if the extra rpm's make a diff. ) Hope this helps Bruce Bushboy |

Hi rotohed Your in Australia ( I think ) so its pretty easy to get hold of a F&P. First up go for the 2nd hand option, visit the dump and see if they have a collection of white goods, or contact your local white goods repair centers. Once you get a relationship established with a repairer, you can usually pick up a complete dead washing machine for a carton of beer. Also check out ebay, the motors pop up on there from time to time. Or you can but new, the hub and stator can be picked up for about $150, depending on how much markup the agent puts on their spare parts. Max power depends on your application. In a windmill application, 300 watts is the expected power for a standard magnet hub on a 2 meter prop. With Neo conversions this can go over 600, but these conversions are still in developement, there are no plans as such.
