Question that has just dawned on me..

If i direct connect from the Bridge Rectifiers on the F&P to my battery bank, and then my mill slows down so much that it is no longer creating usable power, wont the battery bank feed back into the lower voltage @ the F&P ?

Is there any inline diodes / something that I should use to make this one way traffic only ? or am i wrong in my assumption ?

As far as I know bridge recs are one way diodes put together in a nice little black package.
