Hello everyone,

This is my first post and i'm trying to get an early start on my homemade wind turbine :)

I found a 9yr old washing machine, fisher & paykel, model GWL08. Can someone tell me if this has the right motor???

I believe the GWL08 is a 'SmartDrive' model which is what you want!

Look for the word "Smartdrive" on the machine, and
you'll be in business.

It should work ...in theory
