whats the best way to mount blades on the backshed windmill plan. they talk about 2 options but recomend welding a coler plate over the shaft. Is there any other better way

dont the days seem lank and long when nothing gos right and everthing gos wrong

could I use a grub screw on a pipe over shaft with plate welded on end as I dont want to damage main shaft
any Ideas

ps sorry for miss spells
