Hi Guys

I have to give a lecture about windmills at the local university on Tuesday night the 11th November. If your in the Mackay are and have a spare couple of hours please feel free to drop it, its a open event. Room 20 building G07 starting at 7pm.

I'll just be talking about the basics, wind farms, home made, that sort of stuff, nothing new. I'm not a public speaker, so dont know how well I'll present myself, but I have about 70 pages of power point to get me through the lecture. I'll have a F&P windmill with me, and Trev will be there with some of his windmill parts.

Great stuff Glenn.
A bit of public exposure at the brains factory for us DIY fraternity can only be good. I'm sure you'll have more to speak on than time permits and all will go well. Just wish I was there to lend further support.

Hello Glenn,
would it be possible for you or Trevor to record it to video. The Uni probably has the recording equipment. As a resource for all the newbies that join this site.As a presenter it will also enable you to refine your future presentations.Over time it could become a tool for others doing the same type of windmill education.Well done and good luck. And or to get really Hi Tech how about streaming it so we can all log on.Even those in China.
