I just put these up and a nice 18 mph breeze was blowing. Unloaded, they were going near 500 rpm. Here is the youtube link.

They are well balanced. At high speed you can hear a soft rushing sound. They start spinning near 5 mph. They have a deep angle at the root, and I'm using hybrid certamic stainless steel bearings.

Do we have any figures yet? They look torquey... should start up in a zephyr.
