Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I have one of my airless industrial paint sprayer motors that is 120ac,11amp,1.75Hp,160volt dc,3200rpm with a built on reducer (not sure of the ratio since the output shaft is off center for a piston) 1200watt,cont. duty,27.4lb./in. perm. magnet type.
I will guess from experience with this pump that reduced rpm is around 600-700 so is this motor sutiable
for a generator?
Thanks guys.
