This is the avarage voltage that the little fishing reel genny makes. My question is will this be enough to charge a AA batt. or do the mA have to match the batt.
And do I have to have a dump load on this to work?

Interesting Idea. Very creative, and good recycling skills.
Kinda getting a crook neck tho.

Regarding charging the AA batteries, refer website pages -

Electrical is on page 3.
I reckon you might be able to charge your AA's with this. Use the circuit above and you wont need a dump load. (someone who is more electrically capable may correct be here).

No, It flies across the street in a gust though
If your not living on the edge your taking up to much space!
