is there some thing you can hook to a computer to tell you how many volts watts amps etc a wind mill is putting out and if so what is it and where do i get one thanks

The most useful instruments would be a DigitalMultiMeter [DMM], and a DC-AC clamp type current meter. I would not necessarily opt for a computer measurement system, unless logging was required.
