How much friction is cause from the magnets in the PMA? Is there any real friction from the magnets going past the coils? Do you I have to account for it my designs?

Hi,

The "friction" between magnets and coils is caused by the magnetic forces included. It is in fact this "friction" that generates you the electric power. You have to remember, that there is no free lunch. In this case you trade mechanical shaft power for electic power.
If at first you don't succeed, try again.
