Hi everyone, this is my first post, and I whant to know if there is some
method to control the voltage on a small windmill made using steper
motors.

I use small, printer-source, stepper motors. When I put on a belt of my
car I get between 50 to 70 volts AC (I think 2000 RPM) but I have seen all
the inverters rated to work at 12 to 24 volts, so: How could I control the
voltage, since the wind is not a constant at all?

I read that if I put a rectifier bridge, and clamp everything to a 12 V
battery, the voltage is constant, and the amps vary, according to the RPM,
Is that real? If I use my skills, and think on Amps x Voltage = Watts, I
can't figure out how this could happen.

If someone knows of good source for this, please let me know.

I am from Argentina, and here is very difficult to found sources for
alternative energy.

frist all you need is voltage regulator 12v or 24v from ebay 40amp will do. two or 4 car batterys read the instrucion( how to )from the regulator oso the rpm from the car is to fast. try this use cordles dril press the triger to 1/2 way is a but 400 rpm and check the volt meter if is 24v or more......you are in buisness
