Well its done.

Added a few features and fixed a lot of bugs.

There are some more modifications I want to make in the future, mainly to improve the accuracy, and add a 18X version with a few more features. But this version is working good, I can look at the log files every day to see what the windmills been up to, and I can even keep an eye on it while I'm at work with the HTML page function. One thing I did learn from the logs is there is a strong wind here at about 4am most days.
