Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Just want to check, if any body knows if this motor would be ok to use? Not to sure on how to determine motor types?

Made by the Chamberlain Group, assembled in Mexico.
AC motor, 2.5amp, has 70 degrees C "INT DUTY" written on it ? Thermo protected, type T.
3 output wires are able to carry 600V.
Taken from an old remote sliding gate box.
Would this be usefull to start on ?
Anyone, I know this may seems a little basic.
