Hi all

Just thought I'd Share some info about a wind technoloy I stumbled on. It is a machine that seeds a miniature wind vortex (tornado) to turn turbines. Seems strange but the have small test unit working.(apparently)

Has anyone else herd of this technology.

Here is a link.

Cheers

Looks much like some of the other designs that try and use hot air raising. All I have seen produced little if any power and were material intensive. They need a large tall tower and some need a heat collector like a greenhouse attached. One problem they run into is that heated air is less dense so contains less power/mass per volume.
