Does anyone know how we can source a secondhand Southern Cross windmill in Victoria, work or not doesn't matter?

I believe the Quokka is available in Victoria. One can advertise there free of charge. Look at "Machinery" or "Farm Machinery", there are always plenty of mills listed.
