These free or low cost starter kits are great for learning, and probably all that an average hobbyist will ever need. But they also come with some deliberate built in limitations, usually either the maximum physical board size, or the number of component "pins". So when you are shopping for PCB software, look very carefully for these two limitations that are often buried down deep in the fine print. Cheers, Tony. |
