Both Klaus and Mark have done exactly that, and it worked out very well both times.

I have contacted my mate Paul V. and see if I can get a quotation for winding transformers similar to my own. But I fear that is going to be a very expensive option.

There are a few very cheap toroids on usa ebay don't know is shipping would be to crazy to make it a option
be warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Thanks for the heads up! I bought it. It's not quite the power I will need ultimately but it's a great start.

I bet it won't come because it's too cheap to be true. $22 and $100 shipping to Australia is just too cheap to be true. I'll get my money back via PayPal if/when it doesn't show.

The two pics are the same Transformer

It has been listed at least 3 times

The price gets lower and lower until it ends

That price includes shipping in usa

It is out of a powerjack

Do your own research but I think this last pic has a toroid in it also

I am prity sure the Transformer you already bought is the exact same one as the one on top in this pic

The one in pic has first winding off already

If you can't find another one to stack with the one you bought if that is your plan let me know
