Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I don't know if they work really well or I've just had really good luck if anyone else has had experience with them I would love to hear what you have to say by the way these type of battery charges are very very dangerous if u have pets dogs kids Neighbors and you can't lock it up where no one or no animal can get to it then don't do it very very dangerous but seem to work very goodbe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Do you have a link to the product?
There's an ongoing misleading topic on the interwebs where people try and sell megacapacitors while misstating how much energy megacapacitors can contain

No I don't think that was it I don't have the link I read about this about 6 months ago and they said that they were building a factory and going to have limited production I can't find the site now I'm pretty sure it was in China it could have been somewhere else I was hoping someone else would have read the same article and have some info on itbe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Do you think that real solid state batteries will be in the near future I have brought a bunch of new supposedly 10-year AGM batteries so I was hoping by the time they were out solid state would be the normbe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Capacitance charger or capacitor battery. Charger is often line voltage dropping arrangement which is quite unsafe. I once started a car with a toaster. And it made breakfast. I didn't turn it into a product, but it probably was better than many kickstarter proposals.

I'm new at this I think I was talking about batteries when I should have been talkin about capacitance battery charger but it doesn't matter it's all good glad to hear from everybody I'm using a capacitance battery charger as we speak desulfating hey lawn mower battery I have had very good luck out of them u have to be very careful where and how you use them though they are truly very dangerous that's pretty funny about the toaster by the waybe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

I have also had good luck bringing nicad batteries back from to grave the reason why I brought the subject up was because there's some really really brilliant people on the site and I was hoping they've came up with a safe way how to build a capacitor battery chargerbe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

LTO batteries are already gaining widespread acceptance.
However, there is a huge amount of inertia behind older chemistries like the LiCo and the more recent LiFepo4.
Given how long LiCo has been around and continues to be, this nature of inertia - I would not be surprised if LTO batteries now became mainstream in a few years with the newer chemistries just trickling in 5 years time as LTO batteries dominated like LiCo does now.
I wish you had invested in LTO batteries before you bought those AGMs

I got such a good deal on the AGM i couldn't pass them up they are New Old Stock the company that was using that type of battery change to a different type these are 10-year batteries I'm sure they won't last that long but that's what they say on them they are sealed but I will be drilling and plugging them sooner or later so I can add distilled water I've done this with other AGM batteries and made them last a very long timebe warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

This is one of my five capacitor battery charger I just love it I put it in a little box as you can see it has a smaller capacitor on the inside the Box has a switch on it to switch from the bigger capacitor to the smaller one the smaller one is a half amp the larger one is a little over an amp I use it to restore batteries and it works very well for me I thought about building one that puts out a lot more amps but have it so far have any of you or anybody you know built a large one that maybe puts out 10 amps or 20 amp. Feel free to comment in any way you can add to this or other subjects I would like to caution again it is very dangerous if anybody has a good plan on how to make it safe like to hear about itEdited by BenandAmber 2019-02-27be warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks

Hmm, I've seen these before. I built one using motor run capacitors from old A/C units. There is a nice book from Eagle Research on building the capacitive battery charger.
One needs to be aware though that there is without a battery connected, DC mains voltage at the battery clips.

Yes they are very dangerous and I kind of wish I didn't start this post
Everyone reading this need to take note that a lot of people have died doing this exact same thing
And a lot of the people that died was not no dummies they were highly intelligent and well-qualified in electricity
So anyone that might decide to make one of these they do work and they do work very well
Be warned they will kill you and you cannot have one of these around children pets Neighbors you got to treat it like a firearm
One little slip up like all us human beings do on a daily basis could be the end of your life with this battery charger
This battery charger works best when you have a battery that shows 12 volts but when you go to crank a car over it just clicks
So in other words when a battery shows close to full Voltage but has no capacity this battery charger will make your battery have a lot more capacity
And I would also only use this battery charger as a last resort but not use it on a good battery just to try to get the capacity up
There are a lot of circuits out there for battery Chargers that do the same thing as this but not as dangerous
Which one of them works I have no clue this is the only one I've came across the works but it's also the only one that I've ever tried
Extreme Caution every human being makes a mistake every once in awhile and with this charger it could be your last!!!!!Edited by BenandAmber 2019-07-17be warned i am good parrot but Dumber than a box of rocks
