i have used these devices for years and found some interesting things.... Juntek vac4300 ... PRO: very handy for state of charge, bi-directional current sensing.. seem pretty accurate... CON: the wireless signal is quite dismal, 10-15 meters advertised.. .bout that in real life.. so lets fix that, it uses the standard NRF24L01 modules... sweet order some palna+ versions , like this NRF24L01 palna+ matter of squeezing them in... sorry only took finished pics, but you get the idea.. first pic, installed in the "sender " unit, i have 2, one does wired in shed, other is inside house. ![]() ![]() ![]() Happily transmits inside about 30-40 metres away, with 2 walls.. happy camper ![]() ![]() I think it works !! |

That's certainly good to know that will work. ![]() I bought a few of those Wifi NRF24L01+PA+LNA modules and a bunch of the regulator modules as well, for another project. You receive the data to your phone or something else? Cheers Aaron Off The Grid |
